Townies

I have a few comments left to add (which will be done later this morning) but I know I've seen other establishments/people in the threads when I haven't had time to add them.

Please help me out here, because the objective is to put a link on the main info page or at the top of the comm queue so that people can discover what places and people already exist before trying to join OR find places to hang out and people to interact with. We've already had an instance of a double, someone signing up only to have someone else come in on top of them and use the same character. So please. This actually is important. Unfortunately, I can't seem to track some of the places through the threads and I've only seen a few of them once.
