Okay, just to clear up a few points while I still have the free time:

-- From now on, the limit of characters one person can play altogether will be four, with two characters preferred as an average. If you're playing more now, it's not like we're going to mug you for the extras. There's two main reasons why ... because quality is better than quantity and we'd rather see the time devoted to playing two characters well rather than spreading out valuable time over five or more characters, and so that people who haven't gotten a chance to join the game yet and aren't playing any characters can have a chance to join in.

-- I will be reopening enrollment on a limited basis just as soon as I get everything sorted out with my job and car. However, ONLY new players will be allowed to enroll new characters. Again, let's get some new blood in here.

-- We need new teachers, so we'll be looking for more professors to apply for positions. However, once again, ONLY new players will be allowed to apply. So, you know, tell your friends.

-- In a related vein, if you've signed up for a class and the teachers decides to quit, you will not get in trouble because you can't go to that class anymore. It's not your fault you can't attend a class -- we're certainly not going to hold it against your character.

-- We're going to start having faculty meetings at

fandom_lounge once a week, just so that the teachers can get together to talk about the students, ask questions, propose any new ideas they might have for the school, and let the meeting derive into chaos, violence, drinking and sex like everything else does here. ;)

-- For the record, it shouldn't have to be stated but I'm going to anyway ... PLEASE be polite to your fellow players. We're all here to have a good time, after all, and the least you can do is be courteous and considerate of what other players are doing.

Okay, just a question so I know for certain... right now, Shane is strictly a townie. She's hoping to be a student at the high school at some point. Would she be eligible for enrollment this next time around? I mean, technically, she would be a new character to the school, since not that many students actually head outside of the dorms and such to visit town much, really...

I was just curious and looking for a wee bit of clarification, is all...

I'd consider Shane eligible in the next round. She's not a student or a teacher and she's not going to be a new character for someone already playing. She's going to be shifting laterally and I think that's fine.

Yeah, I mean, she's my only character and she helped defend the school and the town against zombies. I'd find it more than a little funny (haha or ironic, take your pick - though probably more a mix of both) if she wasn't allowed to attend the school that she helped lend a hand to save... hee

shane_mcc's question, if there's a need for teachers I'd be really interested in sending Geoff over to teach a poetry writing class. But, I'm loving him as a townie too, so I'm not going to have my feelings hurt if the answer is no.

I have to keep Bea, cuz she's a teacher, I love Sydney and Jordan too much to drop them. So I can keep one more out of Kate, Jay, Tru, Fred, and Kitty
