Oh, she's much more so than Paris. Beka at least has a sense of what's appropriate, and doesn't seem to ENJOY hurting people's feelings. Plus, Beka sees to want to protect those who are weaker than herself, whereas Paris will mock them.

But they're both strong-willed and ambitious, and that's what Rory sees.
