New forms for the Student and Faculty Directory

We have made new forms for the student and faculty directory. Everyone should go here and submit a new form for each of their (student or faculty) characters.

Also, if any teachers have not submitted their Townie residence form, please go here to do so.

ETA: Alumni will have a separate form that will be handled through fh_alumni.
