Sholeh is a loyalist; she'd probably have more in the way of Rebellion-leanings (of course it's a rebellion! Umbridge is rightfully in charge!) but her sisters shield her from the worst of Umbridge's excesses. Zeela is a Resistance fighter, which is useful because she can listen in to whatever Sholeh hears and whenever she's in view, there's no chance of recognition.

Zhahar mostly wants to go home, but spends most of her time running interference between her sisters.
