Random Event: St Paddy's Day Mischief!
Hello Fandom! So a few weeks ago, there were a handful of extreeeemely mysterious thefts reported to the Trooper Station. This Wednesday, March 17th, the thieves are back... and they've struck the whole island this time!
The catch, though, is the things that have been stolen hold very little, if any, monetary value. But them being missing sure as hell is inconvenient! Think stuff like:
Pants buttons
Tabs from the tops of soda cans and/or lids from bottles/jars.
Fridge lightbulbs
Tupperware lids
Keyrings (not the keys themselves, just whatever item was being used to group them together)
Stickers on the router with the wifi password
Ice cube trays
The good phone charger
The battery door cover for the remote control
Etc, etc. Feel free to come up with other ideas as well, as long as they fit the "not actually valuable" criteria. So... grandma's fine china? Untouched. That one bowl in your cupboard that's the perfect size for a good helping of soup? Gone.
The particularly sharp-eyed might notice a trail of cereal bits around their home/the island that will eventually lead to their missing item perched atop a box of colourful freeze-dried marshmallows. Or they can wait until later this week when the culprits are brought to justice and their items magically return to them!
