Not having the opportunity to learn new things. I guess that's why I don't mind it here in Fandom, even if there aren't a lot of medical emergencies. But being a couple years in the future and part of a whole... multiverse-thing means I can learn about medical technology and advances that don't exist yet in my own timeline, and that's kinda cool.
