Gray's new father is Azazel, which means, as the son's sin comes from the father's greatest flaw, he is now the avatar of Pride instead of Sloth. This makes him the most powerful of the Nephilim, meaning that in addition to his standard Nephilim powers he can erase humans' memories, and the other Nephilim cannot disobey a direct order from him. Also, he can hear other characters' prideful thoughts and yadda yadda all the deadly sin things only with Pride instead of Sloth.
Raiden's new father is the unnamed-in-the-text father of Galen, which makes him the avatar of Wrath instead of Gluttony. This means that he can go into a berserker state in which Wrath takes over completely and he is several times stronger and more unstoppable than he was already, and he can sense others' wrathful thoughts, yadda yadda all the deadly sin things with Wrath. Also, due to some retcon nonsense that made these powers Wrath-specific, he can sense someone's 'darkness'/generalized sins if he wants to, and he can tell when someone lies to him.
