Nearly every morning, with the exception of Sundays, begins rather early with a few laps around the island with Gladio and Prompto, typically followed by a combat training session. Most days I also have the time for my own individual training session at home in the afternoons, which will involve a variety of different exercises dependant on what I feel is in need of the most work.
