I gave up on the Star Wars books when my pocketbook started weeping tears of blood, so I must confess I have no idea who Tahiri is.

I gave up on the Eeeee-Ewwwwwww! somewhere around Crystal Star. The fanfic is better, at least they love the characters.


Basically, I'm running on a Daley-canon/somewhat-fanon reading of Solo. He's about 16. Chewbacca found him about 6 years ago, got him off the streets of Corellia (where he'd been begging, thieving and otherwise making a living), taught him to fly and is basically raising him as a protege/cub. Han wants to go to the Academy for some real flight training.

The tech is all Daley, with some Foster thrown in. There will be no, REPEAT NO, Crispin backstory.

And just in case anyone is interested, this is beginning of Clone Wars Anakin. You know, the whiny, slightly-stalkery overindulged Chosen One we all love so much. Set before he and Padme have officially become a thing because UST is so much fun to play with and it gives him a chance to be Force's Gift to the Fandomhigh population.
