Uhm.

OOC:

1.[livejournal.com profile] not_an_ex_demon got me thinking about all the different time zones, and I was wondering if anyone wanted to comment here with what country they are commenting from? I'll put everyone who comments on a list and post that at a later date. Maybe it's just my curiosity, but it could help knowing who's almost in the same time zone as you.

2.I asked [livejournal.com profile] principalconnor about Fran teaching health at [livejournal.com profile] fandomhigh in the enrollment post a while ago, just wondering if there was somewhere else to ask.

3.I hate making ooc posts because I generally sound like a tit or offend someone. If I have, I am sorry.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to that, by the way. Real life and all. *gags*

In any event, I just sent you an LJ invite to join FH. I'll have to add you to the roster later, because I soooo have to go to bed right now, it's not even funny. (I'm in Eastern Standard Time, for the record.)

... er, let's just pretend the sleepy girl in the chair was logged in as the principal when she posted that, 'kay?

USA, Pacific Standard Time. I swear to god, if anyone else is in my timezone, I'll throw a goddamn party.

[identity profile] pyramid-is-life.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:23 am (UTC)(link)
I know several, including myself.

[identity profile] threeweapons.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:24 am (UTC)(link)
Ditto.

Pacific time here, too, so that goes for both Anders and [livejournal.com profile] actingltcrumpet.

USA, Central. What [livejournal.com profile] krycek_rat said.

But I keep weird hours, so...yeah. Whatev.

[identity profile] krycek-rat.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:25 am (UTC)(link)
*Joy!*

[identity profile] krycek-rat.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:26 am (UTC)(link)
Awesome!

Pose a challenge and out of the woodwork they shall come.

[identity profile] river-dancing.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:27 am (UTC)(link)
I'm on Pacific Standard Time. Which is often weird, trying to figure out just when exactly the classes are going to be held, since the school's supposedly in Virginia somewhere.

[identity profile] defiantlyyours.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:34 am (UTC)(link)
Word up. Sorta. MST, but we have no DST.

[identity profile] teenaged-twin.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:36 am (UTC)(link)
Also Central time, also keeping odd hours. Though I'm probably goin' to collapse in a little bit.

[identity profile] psycho-barbie.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:36 am (UTC)(link)
Australia, which is around 12-14 hours ahead of most of you.

Dear lord I'm never going to get a good night's sleep again

[identity profile] krycek-rat.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:37 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah. Even just a few hours off makes me feel like I'm playing catch-up all day.

I imagine it's even more confusing and frustrating for those on other continents.

[identity profile] krycek-rat.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:38 am (UTC)(link)
Welcome to the party!

[identity profile] marieann-d.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:39 am (UTC)(link)
Sweet, some central time people. But I've noticed it doesn't matter much, at least for me. Central really is pretty central.

[identity profile] courier-gavin.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:45 am (UTC)(link)
GMT+1 *wry* Which is why Jake is always late to classes and such.

[identity profile] not-an-ex-demon.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:51 am (UTC)(link)
also PST.

like most of you i might be keeping strange hours though. part of the reason i've been playing my character as living several towns away :/

[identity profile] not-an-ex-demon.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:52 am (UTC)(link)
are classes supposed to be held at the actual RL times? i wasn't getting that impression.

[identity profile] scissors--.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:57 am (UTC)(link)
Europe, it's here two hours later then say in ny, 1 hour later then greenwich

did i explain that fuzzy or what? If it's 9 am in ny, it's 11 am here :)

[identity profile] scissors--.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 06:58 am (UTC)(link)
ooh that was not meant to be a comment on you gavin :S Sowwy :S

[identity profile] sharon-valerii.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 07:06 am (UTC)(link)
Nah. I think we'd all go insane, trying to do that.

[identity profile] sharon-valerii.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 07:07 am (UTC)(link)
*joins the confab of central people*

Wha-hey!

[identity profile] krycek-rat.livejournal.com 2005-09-13 07:08 am (UTC)(link)
No, but the feeling that everything starts at an earlier hour than me throws me off. People in EST begin posting early in the day and so by the time I get on there's already quite a bit to go through - and I don't go to bed early at all either.

[personal profile] swerval_zero 2005-09-13 07:24 am (UTC)(link)
Which means Krycek is probably going to wind up being late to a lot of his classes, because someone'll decide to have their character be late before you get there.

I've had that happen once already.
