As I jokingly said to Janet that I was going to alphabetize the list of players and their contact info, it occured to me to ask: do we really need a centralized list?

On top of that, do people really want their normal lj user names attached to their character name?

I imagine quite a lot of you have contact info in your bios, and there's always the voice mail systems running around.

If the answer is, that, yes, we want a long, alphabetized list (by character name) with contact info, then I will be happy to continue. Er, I just need new people to add to it.

I, for one, would be deeply grateful for such a thing... although I don't feel that it's necessary to attach personal livejournal information unless the individual player thinks it's a fun thing to do.

Which reminds me that I need to go set up my voicemail.

It's just making a postdated post so other players can leave messages for your character. A lot of us are linking to them in our user info.

I'm an unhealthy curious person (yeah, i -know- what it did to the cat :S) so i'd like a list so i can spy on people who play cool characters, to see who they are in person 0.o But that's just me.

If you DO end up making such a list, you ought to add the "voice mail" links in with it. A phone directory could be pretty useful.
