Operation MC Update -continuously updated with assignments

Okay, here's the newest part of the update, and a note where we need volunteers; I'm bolding the parts where people said they wanted to do stuff, or where we need a character to participate:

Rogue is still lifting memories from John, as gently as possible so he doesn't understand what happened, sometime on Friday. She'll pass those along (with MP as back-up) to-->

Drusilla, who is going to hypnotize Cameron into thinking he's John as soon as we grab him on Friday. Miss Parker and Rogue ask for her help on Friday, either NPC or actively, so MP doesn't get eaten.

Cameron will spend the weekend thinking he's Crichton (the level of convincing is up to you, Cam) based on the info Dru puts into his brain, and everyone calling him John. Caveat: If you need to 'zat him because Cam-as-John is getting out of hand in anyway (thinking he can fly, thinking he and Aeryn need to have sex, thinking he and Lee need to have sex) that carries a risk that he'll remember he's Cam. Yours and Cam's discretion if you do this, players, but you'll have to scramble to find Dru to re-hypnotize him, always a risky thing.

QUESTION FOR Janet & Beka: I know you guys were thinking of starting this from the slumber party-- As I understand it, this has been moved to tomorrow, so it won't be on Friday night.

Adventure starts with Elizabeth & whoever else may be drugging our victims whenever they figure out a good way to do this. You guys are on point, so to speak.

**Beka will be claiming that she and "Cam" had sex, and Cam is thus "obviously" not a virgin and everyone else is going along with that.

** This part may be subject to change, based on how Beka and "Cam-as-John" want to play this.

Sam or Janet or Elizabeth or Boomer, if you want to use the 'zats, can a 'zat be modified so it's much less painful, but still knocks you out? And/or use them for F/X when John wakes up?

Callisto has obtained some drug from The Old Shop; these are for John and/or Cam on Friday night. We can play it so there's only enough for one of the guys, and--

Vala, under the direction of Janet if you'll obtain some other drug from the clinic, we can re-drug them if necessary and move them around like Gumby when he gets suspicious. A "missing time" phenomenon for them is also possible.

Zero volunteered lockpicking skills, as did Sam and Phoebe.

Gaeta (as Cam's roommate) needs to be distracted, 'zatted, or out of the way.

Kidnap Teams---

Team 1 takes drugged-out John to Cam's room, strips him down to his skivvies, then leaves him outside so he can wander away on the cue of pyrotechnics in the Saturday AM(ish) either from Sam and/or Phoebe and/or anyone who wants to help convince him something weird happened. Also, should not get caught by Gaeta.

Team 2 has the fun of taking Cam to get hypnotized (and not eaten!) by Dru, then getting him back into John's room while he's still flaked out, and not getting caught along the way by Gaeta.

Beka & Aeryn are going to be messing with the boys even more than everyone else, but everyone of course is in on the "You're Cam" part of it.

Did I miss anything or anyone? (If I did, just speak up! Everyone gets to play)

A lot of this shouldn't be over-directed, and a lot can be back-dated, just re-directed to the posts that are already up. A *lot* of it can be you guys trying to stop Cam-as-John from getting into trouble-- Dru's hypnosis can be odd-- or remembering, or convincing "John-as-Cam" that he needs to seek treatment, and can't be left alone-- you can suggest anything non-permanent on that front.

Operation Manchurian Candidate is set for Friday, any time everyone's available. We can slow-play it to draw it out. Let me know if that's a problem, and we'll re-schedule.

I'm baby sitting from 4pmMST onward on Friday, but I should be able to pop in at different points in the night, if anyone has problems or wants MP to participate in parts of this. God knows she's going to be there to point and laugh at John.

Actual drugging-of-guys: Elizabeth Weir and one other, if necessary The drug Callisto got is contact-activated; I'm assuming any Vala picks up are going to be food-activated. Your call which you use first and on whom.

Gaeta (Cam's roomie) distraction: one or two -- from Team #2 (Cally has been suggested, but speak up if you want this, could be two running interference) Actually, we should probably check with Gaeta-- who knows, the character may not even be aware his roommate is being abducted. Sadly, it's that kind of school.

Convincing Pyrotechnics for when John wakes up: Sam and/or Phoebe and/or others

Available as innocent lock-picking dupe (team 2?): Edward Scissorhands

Anybody who wants to switch teams-- feel free. This isn't locked in forever. Just make sure the rest of your team knows where you're going.

Suggested action estimated to start at 8EST/7CST/6MST/5PST. If you've got conflicts, talk to your team about NPC'ing you until you can get in.

It might be more plausible if it's not sex that Beka's claiming. Pretty much everyone knows Cam's too virginal to up and agree to do it. And pretty much everyone knows that Beka's too gone over him to totally push the issue.

Some intermediate activity might be more plausible. Nearly naked cuddling pushes the boundaries, but might do. Though John's going to have to be drugged out of his mind to do it.

Just Beka *claiming* it happened, to make John just that little bit more nuts because (a) he isn't Cam, so he did not sleep with that woman, and (b) everyone is claiming they can tell by looking at "John" that he's a virgin. Just a note. Sam has lockpicking skills as well. She's up for being part of the team that gets Cameron. Physically fit, highly amused. It's all good.

As I understand it, we were maybe going to leave John in the common room, for better ease of embarassment, in either his skivvies or jammies (whichever is more amusing). That way, you and Phoebe have some room to work with his wake-up call.

John's mun says she's there on Saturday, so you've got latitude to schedule that wake-up for whenever it's good. :>>
