'lo folks. This is _notanumber with his spanking new School Webmaster identity (must update type table in database), Marshall Flinkman from Alias. I'll be doing all FandomHigh.com updates with Marshall from here on out.

My goal this weekend (as my weekend runs Fri-Sat) is to get the site into a basic working order. I'm working on a number of different things, but I have a specific purpose for this post:

Help me help you

There's a lot of very smart people in this game, many talented writers. I need direction here. Any suggestions for pertinent pages or very informational pages.


- A separate Faculty Directory with links to class information (times, syllabi)

- Course directory

- A page for the Fandom High School Library

- Clubs and Activities (if each individual club would like to work with me on creating a special "Club page" on the site, that'd be swell)

- Athletics (may be folded into Clubs and Activities)

- Fandom Dorms (a listing of who's where, along with some basic dorm info)

- Fandom Townies (not sure what I'm putting here, and I may even leave its design up to somebody else. For now, enjoy the lyrics to the Firefly theme)

Regarding the Townies page, I work in the tourism business and I've got a little experience with program marketing. I could possibly do up a "Come Visit the Town of Fandom" thing, similar to the sort of site a Chamber of Commerce might do, if you like.

Adding on, a list of the clinic employees and when they're around as well.

For the Townies, a map would be nice, I know I saw one around here somewhere. And maybe a listing of the various townies and the business they run.

Maybe have a quick bio for the teachers/students/townies? I don't know how much you can put it, anything to do with web design causes burned computers in my case.

If you need any random bits of writing though, I'm willing.

I've been re-doing the dorm listings today(though I still have a few enrollment-related questions for Spider before I'll consider them complete), but I should be able to offer them to you in whatever format you wish sometime in the near future. I've also been working on the dorm floorplans, which look like they might turn into school floorplans and/or school + town maps. As soon as I get back in touch with my dear, dear photoshop.

Well, it's a cool pic, but I think it looks more like a picture of some of the buildings in the town below the church/monastery than an actual part of the monastery, itself. If you have something that says otherwise, though, that's totally cool.
