Yep. Late December. Around or just after Christmas. No new students till the next quarter. New students or student apps from people who picked up characters through adoption only, atm.

Word. Timeframes are of the good. I had to keep telling donna_c "I don't know! soon! don't give up! soon!" It's nice to have a set date.
