Fandom Town Mayor Needs Help

Actually, his player does.

I want to put up a flyer in town and I want/need one of those nifty galifty graphics things that I see people using that I would assume they're putting their own words on.

Point a poor techno-dunce Mayor and his player to a place to get one?

Weeeelll, any graphics program is expensive liek woah unless you have acquired it in a dubiously legal manner...cough, and things Looking Good depends on how well one knows how to use it. (I'm still not confident about my Photoshop-fu, and it's been 2 years, 5 if you count my using PSP.)

I could make you something, were you so inclined.

Let me back up. I have photoshop 7 and paintshop pro 7 if that helps things any. I just don't know what/if/where the paper part of it is...use small words and I can figure out the rest?

Otherwise I can send you the text and beg plead ask you to help?

quick and dirty - google image search for paper or blank paper, snatch a few jpeg or pngs you like (i have gif issues), smack them into photo shop and slap on the text.
