New Clinic Patient Charting Community

fhclinic_charts - a confidentail patient chart and information community. Strictly OOC/player knowledge (unless you are clinic staff, school admin, or otherwise have IC knowledge of whatever may be documented in ths community) No one can take information from this comm IC unless they have access to the information by some other means I can't stress this enough.

The purpose of this community is to post patient information in one place. Easily Accessible for those who would need to ... easily access. PLease do not abuse this. For now, the comm is locked to clinic staff and school admin. (There is a list below of all who were sent invites)

All clinic staff *must* join in order to have posting access, and posting access is necessary for all clinic staff...so you can post patient information. Patient charting is mandatory for clinic assistants beginning Saturday, october 22, 2005!!!!!!
