What's the policy on two Muns playing the same character?

I've been completely unable to get online to play Willow during the last 10 days and wanted to check in with folks about sharing characters/journals. Is this done? Or should I just completely turn over my character for adoption and maybe try for a townie or other low-impact character? I feel like I'm not giving Willow the time and effort she deserves.
