OOC: question about Kitty

Ok so now we've had the OOC post from Kitty and the comments involved one of which said that by Dec. 1 the case would be resolved etc.. Does that mean the curfew is in effect until then for the student and the town because that is just not cool if it is.

I don't plan for the curfew to be in effect for more than a week. 2 at the very very most, but that's only if circumstances get worse.
