Adoption Freeze

Admin is putting a freeze on all character adoptions until such time as we can balance certain game issues. We still encourage you to drop a note in the character's journal if they're being dropped, however, so that admin can keep track of who and who is not actively in the game.

cyloninmyhead was adopted prior to this announcement (I can forward you the appropriate dated emails if need be); the new mun just hasn't posted yet. Will this be an issue?

I shouldn't think so. They need to send in an application, however.
