Second Fandom High Weather Feed

For those of you who are like me and understand Celsius much better than Fahrenheit, I offer you [livejournal.com profile] fh_weather2, which has all the same data as the other weather feed, but displayed in Metric measurements. ('Cause I know for me that when I see the temperature listed as being 30°, I think of a nice hot summer day.)

THANK YOU!

Thanks. I don't operate on metric, but Han does (metric is SW canon).

That's cool. I also have a weather 'thing' on the bio page of [livejournal.com profile] fandomtownies that lists both temperatures and the current weather.

YAY for this!

I'm like you - I glanced at the townies page this morning, saw '37' and thought 'oh, so heatwave, then?' and then I saw the little F, and the 3C.

Brr.

Besides, it really *was* 37C in Sydney yesterday. And probably worse.

Yeah, it's freezing here.
The irony is that I live an hour or two from Alexandria, VA (and grew up there), so to know what it's like in FH, I just need to look out the window. *giggles*
Brava for the idea to give the non-US a Celcius reading (we Americans are strange).

Woo! I'm comfotarable with both, but Celcius is what I used for the first six years of my life and apparently I got used to it more. Which is weird.
