The communication is non existant and we've tried to be open in the lines of communication and available to talk about changes.

Nothing.

No e-mails, no contact of any sort. Of course it was expected that there would be replacements, that only makes sense but we treated Admin like adults and with respect and were effectively disrespected and held out as worthless in return.

The plan was to leave the comm and transfer it over to the new maintainers. That was until we were effectively tossed out with the trash.
