Dorms tagging

So I just went through and added all the new students to the dorms comm. If you're new, usually someone will go through and tag the common room/grounds/whatever post with the location and whoever was in it. If not, I go through when I get a chance and make sure things are up to date.

Before anyone freaks out when they can't add their character: only maintainers can use a tag for the first time. Don't worry about it too much this weekend; I'll grab what I can when I can.

As a reminder, room posts go in personal journals, not the dorms. A list of locations for tags will be here when I find it
