Howdy!
Your user info (http://yourjournalname.livejournal.com/profile) is a very important part of your journal. It tells other players at a glance who your character is, a little bit about them, where to find them and how to contact you.
As stated in the handbook, all character journals are required to have the following in the user information.

Fandom:
Email Address: (this is your OOC email address, not an IC one. Yes, you have to have one public so people can contact you quickly if needed. Please make sure it's one you check regularly)
Voicemail Link:
Living Arrangements: (dorm room number for students or name of off-campus residence and roommates/housemates for townies and teachers)
