Clubs!
It's that wonderful time of the year when we start up new clubs!
For our new students/players, clubs are a way to interact once a week or so with other characters who share the same or similar interests and possibly even learn a thing or two or participate in a new activity. We'll be starting with a fresh slate from last term, meaning that no extracurricular activities are automatically on the list to be a club for spring (so yes, football and cheerleading, you still need to send in the form). If you're wanting to start or continue a club, you just need to send the little form below to administration@fandomhigh.net by Sunday January 20.
Club Name:
Description:
Club head(s):
Faculty advisor:
Date/time/location of meeting:
Odd as it is, Fandom is still a high school, and if your club is somehow inappropriate for that setting, it might not be included. Also, if you don't have a preference for the day and time of your meeting, mark it TBA, and it'll get thrown in an open spot on the schedule.
Please remember that if you do decide to start a club, it is expected to go up regularly (ie once a week). If you're concerned about getting the post up every week, it might be a good idea to have a rotating schedule among a couple of people, like football or cheerleading, in order to keep it going.
To sign up, there will be a club fair going up on Tuesday January 22, where your characters can ICly speak to the club heads and learn about the clubs and sign up OOCly. If you won't be around that day, you will be able to ping in afterwards in the OOC threads to sign your character up handwavily until the 27th of January. Clubs will start on the 28th.
Any questions? Comments? Pie? (Please, take pity and give pie)
