A Little Bit More About Timelining

Just to hopefully clear up some confusion that's arisen, [livejournal.com profile] fh_dontblink will be playing out in real time this week. So today will be Monday in Cairo, London, Paris, New York, and Chicago, and tomorrow will be Tuesday in all of these places, etc.

The victims will be experiencing their first week in the past. After that (in the continuing timeline), you will have up to two years for your character to go into stasis. It's completely up to you if you want the character to go into stasis shortly after receiving the message on the Sunday (which marries up with the Sunday of the BDE, and is the day the message will be sent) and make their way there immediately, or if you'd like them to live out several months or a year or two in the period he or she ended up. They will remember this, from the point they arrived in the past to the time they go into stasis.

If you want to play out some of that time or write about what happens, we absolutely encourage that, and you can post the adventures/scenes in the character's journal. They will remember everything up until they go into stasis. Reasons for not going into stasis immediately can vary from waiting for a real rescue, trying to find a way back on their own, being suspicious about the stasis procedure or even opting to just wait until all hope is gone. It's up to you to decide when your character goes in and, if they wait longer, why they stayed out.

Questions?

I'm a little confused on the timeline. Fandom figures out the angels are to blame on Wednesday, but Wyatt's not listed to disappear until Friday, and then we're back already on Sunday?

Some people are scheduled to disappear after it's discovered the angels are the source of the disappearances. They won't be stopped until Sunday.
