I came to Fandom via Mylia. She went "Hey, I think you'd like this game!" I went "Okay, I'll check it out!" and the rest is history.

I've been ADDICTED to hard boiled eggs lately, slightly leaning toward soft.

And I found FH through a random statement posted on statements. I can't even remember who posted that statement pimping it, but, hey, you person. You owe me my life back.

Well I usually like my eggs really soft (slightly runny so that if I have toast I can dip slices of it in it)

I'm not entirely sure how I found out about FH. I think I was just doing a random search on lj (I think I was pretty bored and filling in time online) and I found a few different character journals that led to it. I had a look and went 'ooh this looks like fun' but then I had to wait several months before I had the chance to apply. I haven't looked back since.

As for FH, I've been here since day one. trollprincess mentioned starting a game and I saw it via friendsfriends and signed up. Three years later (three years in September), the enjoyment hasn't abated for me at all.

So about a year ago, I, as a somewhat bigtime Cable & Deadpool fangirl (not an understatement at all, rly) spent a lot of time every day LJseeking the phrase 'deadpool'. mouthy_merc's entries started to jump up. I got totally into her take on the character.

Three months later, I was apping Jeff.

In short? Blame Elaine. Blame her! Especially since she talked me into apping Cable a few months later.

My favorite way to eat eggs is over easy between two pancakes all cut up and messy with syrup.

My BFF had stalked FH after hearing about it in notstakedyet's RL LJ and kept showing it to me in summer 2006 when she visited and I was all WTH is this strangely formatted thing that makes no sense? Then came spring 2007 and I was super bored and she started feeding me links to the app page and told me to go play so I sent in my first app that night. SOUL SUCKING GAME. *shakes head*

The question is more, I think, "How don't I like my eggs?" Mmm, eggs. Although by preference I'll usually take them fried in bacon drippings from the bacon I just cooked.

As for FH -- *blames a certain psychic cadet!* It's all her fault. Really. :D And then the game kept me sane -- yes, really, FH led to sanity -- last summer during the Summer of Hell.

Okay, not really. I like my omelettes with eggbeaters, cheese and mushrooms.

As for how I came about here, the player who played Six and later on Daddy Bristow pimped it in his LJ and I came on board with the group of players who joined a week after the game started.

I've never really tried eggbeaters. I've been tempted, though, as I live at least a half a mile from the grocery store and have no car and figure 'hey, lighter and less easy to break!'

I... don't really like eggs that much. It's not that I don't eat them, because I do if they're put in front of me. I just don't like them enough to have a favourite way of making them. *makes no sense*

Ah, and as for getting FH, it showed up on my flist in December 05. I stalked a few of the characters for a few weeks, then I got tempted by the former drgrissom into picking up my own. Applications opened, and after some more encouragement by both her and marsheadtilt, I finally sent in my app for Mac.

Four characters and two and a half years later, I'm still here. Tada!

I worked as a breakfast lady at BK for a summer - back when you prepared to make omelets by cracking open literally hundreds of eggs each morning and mixing them up - none of this new-fangled pre-packed stuff. Do that long enough and you'll never want to see an egg again. (If you want the really gory details of why ping me.)

On rare occasions I will eat eggs over easy for dipping toast purposes.


I had a friend who knew trollprincess and when the game started my friend convinced me to join, so I've been here since a few days after it started. Of course, my friend left after a month or so due to RL things, but I'm still here!

FH was all over my flist when the game first started. When a bit later they announced they would open applications for one day, I did a lot of scrambling and finally apped Cameron.

I've been in this game since its second week. I'm just going to paraphrase/steal the answer I gave to the "How did you find us?" question on Katchoo's app. One of my friends I'm staying with in the crazy con house, FH's former Kara Thrace, had heard about the game on day one and said, "You should play!"

I asked, "Why?"

She said, "Because!"

"Okaaaaay," I said, "who should I play?"

"Anders," was her prompt reply.

I hemmed and hawed for a few days, created futurebucs_star's journal, promptly got him gremlin-bitten and unconscious naked in a hallway, and the rest is history.

A big old sloppy omelette, with whatever I can find. Usually, whatever I can find involves a long process of going mildly insane, cutting up stupid amounts of cheddar cheese and bologna, cooking up a pot of instant ramen, throwing the bologna and the ramen into a frying pan, and then tossing a stupid amount of egg overtop in order to formulate ...

A ramen omelette. Omnomnomnom.

It would be more awesome if I didn't tell you that I was randomly inspired to make it once while playing Neopets at two in the morning and noting that if they could make omelettes out of anything under the sun, so could I, dammit.

And as for how I got to Fandom in the first place? I blame it entirely on Hamlet's player, who babbled about it for the entire first semester, and had bother-bother-bothered enabled me like a mad fiend until I apped Macbeth for the second one. I drifted away for a while due to real life, but came back as Valentine and have been hooked all over again ever since.

Ah, Fandom. You bring the good crack.

Eggs: I'm usually too lazy for anything other than scrambled, but I love a good poached egg with toast to dip in the yolk. Mmmm, salmonella...

Fandom High: So it's September 2005 and I am bored out of my skull at work, and trollprincess posts, like, three posts of babble in a row about how she just started an RPG and it is crazy cracked fun.

I have never RPed, unless you count about a week on Prodigy boards in high school and one session of D&D to impress a boy in college. (I failed.)

But on a whim, I click on the link and make a journal, chasingangela. And before long the game has sucked away all my free time.

And now it's coming on three years, four jobs (long story), one house and one baby later ... and I am still here and it is still crazy cracked fun.

I am a fan of all kinds of eggs. Scrambled (usually with cheese), sunny side up, hard boiled, deviled, omelets, etc.

As for Fandom High, I've been here since day one. demonbelthazor mentioned it, I wanted to know what it was, and the rest is history. I joined the game as Piper because I didn't want anyone else to snatch her. I am selfish like that. ;)

As long as the yoke isn't in a liquid stage I'll eat 'em. if I'm making them for myself I'll either do fried (to put on whole wheat english muffins toasted with melted cheddar cheese) or hard boiled (added to salads, or sometimes for brunch bread). If I'm eating out I usually go with scrambled.

Mostly I like my eggs scrambled, but I can't seem to make them right on purpose, so my scrambled eggs are really the product of a screwed-up plain omelet. With my omelets, I'm a huge fan of spinach and feta cheese in mine.

As for FH, I'd friended trollprincess off metaquotes like barely a week before she started the game. I have no idea why I started clicking the links, since I'd never ever had an interest in RPing or anything, but when I saw they didn't have an Aeryn yet I went "MINE" and claimed her, and totally didn't think I would last more than a week.

As for FH, I was looking for a new rpg, half my flist was rambling about FH and the one open day was coming up. I couldn't decide between Alanna and Broots, so I apped both. And the rest? Well, I'm currently being trampled at comic con with a bunch of FH people :).
