On less selfish notes, I would love to see the Winchesters react to Mary Campbell, some West Wing characters would be fun (Donna teaching "1001 Useless Facts" perhaps or Zoe Bartlett as a student), and I think we need The Cullens. Yes, all of them. *begs Edward not to leave*

My first answer is always: Characters people really want to play and will write well. Beyond that ...

Sarah needs a Chuck and a Casey. I know you have the journals, people, make me happy. Also, Anna Wu kicks ass and Morgan could be interesting as a townie. And Captain Awesome has to come work at the clinic. ("Dinosaur attack? Not awesome.")

Also on a selfish note, I'd kind of like David or Brenda from Six Feet Under to show up. Nate can stay in L.A., I still haven't forgiven him for being an ass in S5.

As far as random "ooh, shinies": I'd like Tracy Turnblad from Hairspray. I could never write her, but she is awesome. I still want Taylor Townsend from The O.C., Chase, Nico or Gert from Runaways, Haley and Nathan from One Tree Hill. I want to see a Tara Maclay again. Lindsay Bluth-Funke and Tobias. Bigby Wolf. Tybalt Capulet (whoops, that's a selfish one). Jayne Cobb (also a little selfish, because Adam Baldwin rocks). I could go on for, um, a while.

Dear Santa,

I've been really good this year and I'm going to make you really nice cookies. However if I don't get what I want next year you're getting Squat. Understand?

First off I want McNulty, Bunk, Kima, Prez or Lester from The Wire.

I'll jump on board for a Nico and Gert from Runaways and raise you a Karolina and a Victor.

From Young Avengers I want a Kate Bishop and an Eli Bradley.

From DC comics I want an Oliver Queen, Mia Dearden, Oracle, Tim Drake, Stephanie Brown, Bruce Wayne, Wally West and a Kyle Rayner

From Xanth an Irene and/or a Grundy would be great. Smash would be awesome.

From 30 rock: Well pretty much anyone but a Dr. Spaceman in the clinic would amuse me so.

And for the crew of HIMYM, please bring them a Ted.

Oh, selfishness: GIVE ME THE REST OF THE FIREFLY CREW. Especially Jayne. I think he'd be awesome here to a ridiculous degree. Other selfish things -- I want more Stars Hollowites (PLEASE?), I would effing love a Eustace Scrubb or Jill Pole or omg, REEPICHEEP (I KNOW SOMEONE OUT THERE HAS THE JOURNAL), and, um...you know, we're set on HIMYM I think unless someone really wants to app Ted. :D

Less selfishly: I really want a Disney princess who will burst into song at random. Also fun: anyone from Scrubs except JD because I can't deal with all the whiny to work at the clinic, Emerson and Olive from Pushing Daisies as townies, anyone from Weeds (DOUG OR CEILA PLEASE PLEASE), anyone from True Blood (ESPECIALLY LAFAYETTE), anyone from Dexter, Liz Lemon from 30 Rock, anyone from Harry Potter, moar Cullens pls, Gemma or Pippa from A Great and Terrible Beauty, any of the Baudelaire children, and...I'm running out of thought here, but I realized the other night that I want to see any of the kids from The Simpsons or South Park. Or even their teachers.
