Step One: Comment with the names of your characters
Step Two: Reply to other people's comments with the names of your characters who have threaded with them.
Step Three: Tell the people who reply to you at least one thing you enjoyed about the thread(s) you've had with those characters.

Ex:

I comment with Chris Halliwell
Cassie replies to my comment with Piper Halliwell
I reply to her and tell her things I've enjoyed about our interactions with Chris & Piper

Penelope is SUCH a sweetheart. It takes a lot to make Claire quit being all grumpy mcfrownsalot, and Penelope manages it effortlessly. It's not a roomie pairing I would have expected to work as well as it does.
