Calling All Clubs!
We're almost finished with the first official week, newbies are...as settled in as they could be, and so it's time for clubs! Those extra-curricular activities that give you an outlet for socialization and resume padding! A few things about clubs:
-There is no requirement for involvement in clubs. Participation is entirely voluntary.
-All clubs, both new and old, must fill out a form. The Due Date is Wednesday January 14; any club not submitted by this date will not be acceopted.
-All clubs need at least one (1) faculty advisor. Any teacher, any reason, just as long as you've got someone. There should also, generally, be a student in charge of running it; this is usually the student submitting the form, and they are likely the ones to be posting the club every week. Switching posting between various members (on a rotation, by sign up, etc, etc) is also totally cool and pretty encouraged.
-The Club Fair is Friday January 16. This is where the leader(s) of the club can have an IC booth to promote it and characters can OOCly sign up.
-This is a high school and the clubs should be appropriate for this setting. All clubs are subject to review and may not be accepted if there are problematic issues. If we get any similar clubs from two different people, I'll nudge the people involved about potentially joining forces.
Please send the following form to administration@fandomhigh.net by Wednesday January 14th for your club to be reviewed!
Club Name:
Description:
Club head(s):
Faculty adviser:
PREFERRED Day of the Week, Time, and Location of Club, if applicable:
I think that covered everything, but if there are any questions, don't hesitate to ask!
