Random Event: Meeses!

Hello!

Tomorrow, due to one of our more enterprising students, the island is going to be invaded by meeses moose. Tiny Canadian moose. How will you know they're Canadian? A Canadian flag will be emblazoned proudly somewhere on said moose. It might also be wearing a wee, wee mountie hat.

They're not going to attack or charge you or anything like that. They're just tiny Canadian moose who want to do their Canadian thing which is, of course, being EXCEPTIONALLY friendly to everyone.
