2010 Summer Session I Workshops
With applications open, it's time for current teachers and townies to decide if they're up for seven weeks of summer school workshops! Lord knows I won't be teaching summer school if I have any say in it (bets on that one?).
Do YOU Need This Form?
What's Needed For A Workshop?
The Form
Yes, the coding is weird - that's because we post it to the admin board for review, so please, we beg of you to use it, even if freaking LJ is trying to convert my codes so I put in the spaces making the transfer easier on my end. *nods*
Remember, not hearing from us right away is good, but we will email current/returning teachers to let them know their class works for us around the same time we send out final decisions on character applications.
Your character's form will need to be in these comments by Friday, April 23rd, 2010 for great scheduling justice.
Do YOU Need This Form?
- If you are a current teacher, just read the rest and fill out the form below.
- If you are a current teacher wanting to move to townie status (not teach for the summer), please email us to let us know so we can sort out employment.
- If you are a current townie, just read the rest and fill out the form below. Yay!
- If you know the way to Detroit, let us know, I am in need of good directions!
- New teacher characters should fill out the regular application form and ignore this post entirely.
What's Needed For A Workshop?
- The ability to come up with 7 weeks worth of workshops!
- The ability to post the workshop by 12pm PDT the day it's scheduled (you can also post the night before).
- The ability to interact with your students (slow play is fine, you don't need to be around all the time).
- Workshops are all about the fun! No need to inundate chlorine-ridden brains with facts when there's insanity to be had with underwater basket weaving!
