Asuna has super strength (can easily wield big damn swords, boulders and dragon horns taller than people) and senses, she can hear any whispered conversation from across the room and see things from a far (but there are limitations to her senses, when its across a certain distance, Asuna can no longer see or her hear).

She can also leap to tall buildings in a single bound.
