Call for Teacher Offices!

Yes, I know it's the day after the new character announcement but I will forget this if I don't do it when it's on my mind. So, teachers of all shapes, sizes, ages and species, here is where you claim your office if you don't already have one!

The list of offices is here and the floor layout is here!

If you're a new teacher, ping into the appropriate OCD thread with the office you'd like! If you're a returning teacher and would like to change your office, ping into the appropriate thread and let me know! If someone has commented with the number you want before you got to it and you really want it, talk to them about it then let us know what the two of you decide.

Requests for room additions to incorporate hot tubs, mini-theatres with Dolby surround sound, or indoor golf courses will, however, will be given to Fosse to paper the walls of his janitor's closet.

Also? I just wanted to use my Crichton icons again.

#8, I surmise, will be most interesting given being across the hall from Cinderella of all people.

May Jane please have office #31, to be sad at her sneering British compatriots?

Office #21 is located between two beautiful women, so Shunsui wants that one ♥!

Way, way, way late, but this is when I realized I never grabbed office numbers for either of my teachers. I suck. Can I dibbs 19 for Alex and 11 for Rikku?

High school was the Pilgrim Patriots; college was the Simon's Rock Llama and the CSUN Matadors.

I don't know if the llama thing was ever actually official. I will, however, leave a link to the SRC seal without comment and let you draw your own conclusions.

Our High School boasted the WCHS Sabres!

They replaced the old mascot costume, though. Weapon X looks kinda stupid, now. :(

My high school had the lame chargers, which involved a dude in a horse suit and a knight. I remember the horse was very gropey.

Not enough time to get a link, but we were the UIC Flames so our mascot was Sparky the Dragon. Mind you, UIC is located like a half mile from where the Chicago Fire started, so it's both appropriate and weird to have that kind of theme. The only thing is that Sparky is the least threatening dragon ever. He spent moat of my four years wearin a Hawaiian shirt.

Story time!

My high school mascot was the Dubuque Senior High Ram.

My senior year, for the homecoming game we were playing against some city that was the Trojans.

So the cheerleaders' homecoming float, I kid you not, was themed "Not even the strongest Trojan can hold back a Ram".

High school was the ubiquitous Indians; college was, uh.

Ace Purple, riverboat gambler and Gayest Mascot In America 25 Years Running.

The teams (all of them in some way or other) were the Purple Aces.

I just finished being an Eastern Michigan University Eagle! Though, yes, I ALSO think we should've sucked it up and just been the EMU Emus.

High school was the Cavaliers.

College was the Maryland Terrapin, who used to be cuter. They fed him 'roids when I was a sophomore and he got all scary.

Which is dumb, cause -- still a turtle. But they didn't ask me.

I have no idea what my college mascot was. GO ME.

But high school was the Blue Devil! When I was a senior, our newest principal (we went through ten in my four years, dun judge me) freaked out about Satanism and tried to change us to the Parrots. Which, thankfully, failed, because it would have been lame.

Finland doesn't do mascots at any level. So all I really have is my university's emblem, which is a winged torch.

And this is reminding me I should get a pin like that for my high school graduation cap.

American University Eagle (were we not wildly original there?) representing! And our mascot, Clawed Z. Eagle.

Really. Sigh.

My high school mascot was the Wildcats. As for college...well, William and Mary is the Tribe, which isn't very mascotable. So, we didn't have a mascot for a while, until last year. I'm still facepalming at it.

My high school didn't have a mascot of its own, but we had 4 houses (VERY HARRY POTTER, I KNOW) and my house name was Greasley (worst name ever). So we were the Greasley Bears. Yep. I used to wear the mascot costume!

As for college, James Cook University are the Saints (but with no mascot) and Queensland University of Technology are the River Rats!

High school was the Blue Eagles -- we used to be the Blue Devils but I guess that didn't bode well for an all girls Catholic high school, did it?

And college, we were the Royals. And the mascot is a wolf. I don't know about anyone else, but when I think of royals I think of lions.
