Christiana is named for Emma's deceased brother, Christian Frost, and Amélie is a subtle nod to Sebatien's former identity as Amédée Gosselin in 17th century France. It's a dead identity, to preserve the Jewish tradition of not naming children after living people, and also Emma's subtle way of saying 'it's your fault I had triplets since you got Jack turned into a werewolf.' Only not very subtle.
