It seems like half of North America is either buried under snow or dealing with sub-zero windchill or both. (I get both. Lucky me!) Thus, since my workday is going to be slow, you must all entertain me. And this hasn't been done since August, anyway. (Let's all think about August for a minute, shall we? Remember how warm and nice August was? Shh, southern hemisphere, no one asked you.)

Truthfully ~~and thanks for reminding me I've been meaning to do something with this IG~~? Modern hygiene. It's hard to shake off the notion that submerging oneself in water on a regular basis is good and not a health risk.

Because I want to help Nick make it happen.

Mostly it's been...pleasant. The hygeine confuses me, too -- don't tell anyone, but I've only washed my hair twice since I've been here. Apparently we're meant to do it more often than that?

But other than that, I've been pleased with all the...newness. Not having to rely on candlelight or gaslamps is encouraging me to be quite the night owl, though.

Both. I can coordinate my defense to get them fighting eat other at least briefly, leaving both easier to bring down. But if I had to choose one, the lion. They're not quite as tough as tigers, although it's close.
