Hello there! With Fandom High's anniversary just two weekends away (gasp!) we wanted to give everyone a chance to start getting their deeply-missed-character ducks in a row. Sorry about our initial quickdraw reply; we mis-read your question. We're fine with characters returning from any time after they left the game, whether right after or years later, but not from before they left the game. So pre-Zerg River wouldn't work, but you're absolutely welcome to bring her back at some de-Zergified point in her future, if you don't want to have pretty alien killer River visit Fandom.
