fandomhigh_ooc | Hotel Accomodations For Fandom's Anniversary Weekend

There's going to be lots of returning characters coming back for the game's anniversary, and you know what that means: they're all going to be crashing at the Arms Hotel for a few nights! Will there be enough rooms for everyone, or will there be room-sharing shenanigans all weekend? Hopefully more of the latter, because I really want shenanigans.

I'm taking suites out of the picture this weekend to simplify things. Your options for visiting characters this weekend are:

reserve a room for a single character, for those that need their space

reserve a room for two to four characters who are planning to stay together

request a randomly-assigned roommate to share a room

or maximize the potential for hi-jinks by requesting a randomly assigned room for four. Yay paperwork errors!

If your characters are going to be staying at the hotel for anniversary weekend, please leave a comment under the appropriate thread for your preferred option. Be sure to list the names as they should appear on the spreadsheet since there's going to be a lot of copy-pasting going on. The deadline to sign up is Saturday, September 5, at 8 AM EDT. Please, please, please try to make the deadline so I know how much I have to organize. That said, if you miss the deadline, go ahead and leave a comment on option number one and I'll try to squeeze your characters in.

For the 'specific roommates' thread, do you want each roommate to post in it? Since we can't do the usual 'second roommate replies to confirm' thing, what with the screening.

Nope, there's no need for the second person to reply. I'm taking it on faith that you and the other player have worked it out in advance. If I see any discrepancies (Joe says he's rooming with Jane, but Jane requested a room of her own) I'll contact both players to see what they want to do.
