RANDOM EVENT: Rainbow Rain
Look, at Fandom, the universe leans towards tomfoolery. On Wednesday, May 16th, right after the rowing competition starts, it will begin to rain.
Locally. At random. In tiny tiny clouds that can be person-sized or boat-sized, going by your preference (and inclination to get hit). The raindrops will be rainbow-colored, and it will dye anything in its path in the colors of the rainbow! Including your skin.
The effect will wear off come midnight and leave everything the color it used to be before the shower.
