Hotel Accomodations for Weetiny Homecoming Weekend!

It's Homecoming Weekend with a weetiny twist! As a result, some of the special rooms at the Arms Hotel are getting updates to make them more age-appropriate for young guests.

For OCD purposes, guests staying at the Arms Hotel are assigned a room number (or suite name). While guest journals won't be making posts, it allows Fandom residents to visit guests in their hotel rooms for maximum weekend shenanigans.

Available Room Types
  • A standard hotel room with two full-size beds and one very friendly price. Accommodates up to four people.

  • A junior suite with separate bedroom (two full-size beds or one king-size bed depending on your preferences), kitchenette and balcony. Accommodates up to four people.

  • A specialty suite, larger than a junior suite but with some extra special amenities, but for each type of specialty suite, there's only one available.

    • Room 404: Does this room exist? If you book it, you might get a normal room, but there's a chance you'll get the room with only one bed. And it's a twin. Very cozy!

    • Room 420: There's a very distinctive odor throughout the room, and it smells like candy!

    • The Comfy Room: Apparently Room 427 wasn't feeling special enough because sprouted fluffy down pillows all over the walls. Pluck off a pillow and another one grows back in its place. Or just wonder what you've done to deserve getting stuck in a padded room.

    • Stripper Pole Suite: This suite features a full-size jungle gym!

    • Bridal Suite: Tastefully decorated in shades of ivory. Features a separate bedroom with king-sized bed, extra large shower with dual shower heads, and large heart-shaped tub with room for two. Is it kid appropriate? I'm open to suggestions on this one. There's also crayons, markers, finger paint, and other art supplies for weetiny artists!

    • Astronomy Suite: You don't have to wait for nightfall to go stargazing in this suite! The bedroom walls and ceiling features a mural of the evening sky, complete with constellations. Also has futuristic-looking furniture, like something off of a space ship. There's also a gift basket of never-ending astronaut ice cream, which astronauts don't actually eat.

    • Champagne Suite: No champagne here, just lots of juice boxes!

    • The Steel Culinarian Suite, formerly the Gourmet Suite: All the grilled cheese sandwiches and chicken nuggets that you can eat!

    • Presidential Suite: Includes two bedrooms with king-sized beds, balcony and ocean view, a living room large enough to fit a baby grand piano and large flat-screen TV, and a separate full kitchen and dining room. With the sofa bed in the living room, you can have up to 6 people staying there. Suggestions for kid-friendly updates are also welcome.

    • The Cabins: By special request, there are four rustic guest cabins available. They are right behind the main hotel. These make a great option for anyone traveling from a time period without electricity or other modern amenities.

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is noon. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. The hotel will also store luggage for guests until their room is ready if anyone arrives early, so there's no need to miss any events. An NPC concierge will be available in the lobby all weekend to hand out maps of the island and give suggestions for restaurants, $hopping, and entertainment.

Comment to this post using the form provided under the cut tag. It's one form per room, but you can sign up for multiple rooms in one comment. If there are multiple people who want the same suite, the almighty RNG will decide. I recommend that if you pick a specialty suite, you list two or three back-up options in case the RNG does not rule in your favor (believe me, it's happened before). If you have an idea for a specialty suite, talk to me and it could be yours! Several of the available suites were suggestions from previous events. The deadline to be included in the RNG is Friday, November 11 at 9 AM EST. Miss the deadline? Just comment on this post and I'll update the spreadsheet with your room assignments ASAP.
