Irene: is only playing 3D chess when she thinks she's playing 4D. Her ego gets in her way a lot, too, but she's getting better about it.

Annie: huge chip on her shoulder about people not taking her seriously. Tends to keep things inside until it's way too late and now she's all upset in front of a million people. Horrible judge of character (but we're working on it.)

Nancy: godawful communicator, and she tends to smooth things over rather than be honest when she needs to be.
