Buffy/Angel folks
And in the same vein as the HP post, here's one for the Buffy/Angel folks to get their stories straight, because I don't think I've seen one of those posts, either.
(I swear to God, I will get everybody added today if it kills me. Actually, would anybody be willing to help by adding people to fandomhighdorms and maybe here, too? Because that would help a lot, since I closed all three comms. Fandom_lounge, at least, I can handle. :))

as far as i can tell she never actually finished high school before the whole Graduation Day debacle-- therefore if she, say, wanted to get a business degree to learn how to Make More Money and start her own business, she'd probably need some sort of GED. perhaps giles has encouraged her to take classes? she obviously isn't thrilled at the idea of going back but is trying to fake it well.
i planned on playing her somewhere in season 6 because of her whole "xander and i are getting married" schtick but it doesn't really matter; we could have her just be anticipatory about being with xander as a wife way prior to his actual proposal, or we could just ignore that little outburst in the enrollment thread. i dunno.
she will probably eventually let loose about her ex-demon status but for now she is in a new place and isn't sure who is Watching (hahaha) so it might take her a while to realize nobody likely cares.

I'd be cool with them having done the prom thing and then being more or less where they were in canon before graduation? That still leaves plenty of room for Anya to decide she's going the Better Business Bureau route, if she's still in her first 'trapped in high school' experience. Or if you wanted her to be older, I'm sure we could figure out something. Maybe they came in from different timelines; if anybody has that opening in their background, it'd be Anya.

i'd still like to hear from willow and giles before i totally make up my mind though...
okay, for now...
of course i'm assuming it's some dumb spell willow messed up.

But I do know he does not have control of the wolf. I may utilise that as a story line at some point.

As for the rest... issh. I mean technically speaking a teen Angelus is always going to look like a teen, and him being turned when he was a teen throws all kinds of interesting monkey wrenches into things, but OTOH there's always the magic of not looking at that too closely ;)
There's also the Angel sitch, if we ever wanted to try that at some point. So do we want Angel(us) and Buffy to have backstory, or do we want Buffy and Angelus to just know each other by reputation?

Sorry, I'm a sap. ;)
I'm open.

Lesse... maybe a backstory of teen!Angel (I am now so sorry for getting that song stuck in your head) and Buffy that's sort-of kind of close to canon except for Angel's age? So that way we keep the relationship and the soul mates and Angelus having that obsession thing about Buffy.

If he looks for her in the dorms, she's on the fourth floor.
*has amusing visions of them seeing each other*

Dru's an adult, FYI. And still crazy and evil. Obsessed mostly with Spike, a little with Angelus, who is now...a teenager?
This is gonna get weird.

Which is cool, because I really want to find a way to

Ignoring it completely works for me if it works for you.

OOC backstory
Sticking this here so it's sort of in the same place for future reference:
Are you okay if I up Angelus's backstory to at least an s3 Buffy? I think with all the characters running around (like Faith, Anya, etc) it's just easier if I can say he knows them already.
I realize that does then raise the question of how'd he lose the soul and then get to Fandom High so... uh... look over there! Away from the plot hole!
Anyway, wanted to check with you since Buffy's backstory is the one that's most closely tied to his, so I didn't want to mess you up any.
Re: OOC backstory
*is not quite awake yet so needs clarification*
Do you have AIM or Yahoo?
Re: OOC backstory
And I think keep the s3 canon pretty much as-is, just figure that at some point in the last 3/4 of it maybe things went different? Maybe Angel touched the wrong magical MacGuffin and was automatically zapped over to Fandom High, sans soul? Something like that?
