Buffy/Angel folks

And in the same vein as the HP post, here's one for the Buffy/Angel folks to get their stories straight, because I don't think I've seen one of those posts, either.

(I swear to God, I will get everybody added today if it kills me. Actually, would anybody be willing to help by adding people to fandomhighdorms and maybe here, too? Because that would help a lot, since I closed all three comms. Fandom_lounge, at least, I can handle. :))

I'm all for lazy. Plus I love the Angel(us)/Dru dynamic, so no need to fix what ain't broke.

And good to know. As you can imagine, Angelus is not eager to go anywhere. He's having too much fun to let soul boy ruin it. ;)

Now to get our two crazy kids together. There's got to be a father/daughter reunion!

This is going to be so disturbing for everyone involved. Which I'm looking forward to!

Um. Ignoring the annoying backstory works all well and good for the most part (luckily, Buffy and I are both all okay with ignoring that whole Spike/Buffy thing), but when exactly did Angel lose his soul again and become Angelus? Or did you cover that earlier in the thread and I didn't notice it?

Hehehe. Angelus/Dru reunion. Let's see how many people we can freak out.

We were talking about this maybe being a Buffy s2 kind of Angelus, but as the game went on it started to become easier for me to make him later since more people were reacting to him like a canonically later kind of guy. So... uh... hey look over there! ;)

I think the idea of him getting glimpses of other dimensions works as an ass-coverer. So at the very least his backstory goes up to losing the soul thanks to Buffy, but he also knows who Anya is, knows that Willow could slam the soul back into him, could possibly know characters from AtS if AtS characters show up and are inclined to know him, etc.

OMG, look, a flying pig! No plotholes here!

This all works for me. And besides, if anyone starts questioning it too much, we can just have Dru hypnotize them into being okay with everything so that Dru can have her daddy back. (Freeeeaky.)

Hey, does Dru have teacher (aka mod) abilities? 'cause I'm thinking Angelus's little girl having that kind of power could make for all kinds of fun.

Not, I hasten to add, that I'd ever take advantage of that on a meta-level to screw up the wah of the game. I mean it's no fun if we're not all playing by the same rules. But within the context of the storyline it could make for some fun. Like, say, Dru banishing somebody to detention that she and/or Angelus didn't like.
