Demographics poll!

Because I'm just curious like that, I made up a simple poll to see what the average (as if any of us is average! ^_^) Fandom High player is like. Please, feel free to skip questions, ignore the poll, whatever, but give me some feedback too. If you hate it, let me know and I'll never do it again. It's the political science geek in me. ^_^

And if you want to see results without taking the poll, click here.

Tabletop RPGers!

I notice there's a lot of people here with previous tabletop RPG experience, so now I'm curious as to which games you all have played.

For me, it's D&D second edition, a tiny bit of third edition, and a touch of Magic: The Gathering.

Oh, I also forgot to specify "other" for that last question . . . if RPG video games, of the non-MMORPG variety, count. Because my video-gaming reflexes suck, and those are the only kind I'm good at.

My vg-reflexes suck too and I can only play stuff like Heroes of Might and Magic, Caesar, Alpha Centauri.

No table-top RPG experience, though. Unless you count the years in high school of being crushy on the D&Ders so much that I learned the manual. *g*

I was a girl! Girls have cooties! *grins*

Nah. I went, hung out, massively crushed while being a big geek and doing all of my homework.

Ah, see, they were high school players. When they get a little older, they let you into the game so they can make your character get drunk and naked.

AD&D (2nd and 3rd), Champions, White Wolf (World of Darkness), and a teensy bit of Shadowrun and Cyberpunk.

And dude, Magic is not an RPG! :)

Which I remembered after I typed it. ;) But the people I played with, the few times I did, carried on as if it was, so pardon my confusion.

:) Wow, hardcore Magic players!

Oh, I also played Wheel of Time. Probably others. I've hung out with a lot of gaming guys, so there have been many RPGs.

Oh yes, and I can't do video games. At all. I suck.

D&D, AD&D, Palladium "Nightbreed", GURPS, World of Darkness: werewolf, vampire, wraith, changeling, five rings, aeon flux, CJ Carella's "Witchcraft". Along with other assorted, non-mainstream games like Paranoia, etc.

I'm an rpg h0r.

I'm a White Wolf girl myself, with a secret fetishsoft spot for Peter Jackson games...

I've been playing all manner of games since I was in 4th grade. D&D, Whitewolf, Shadowrun and Cyberpunk were always my favorites, but the most recent ones have been a Star Trek Enterprise game and a GURPS game. I've played so many I can't even remember the names of them all.

Fandom High reminds me of Teenagers from Outer Space...I love it.

I played some Robotech in junior high with a small group. To this day, I'm still a big fan of smashing stuff in a giant robot.

D&D, AD&D, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Vampire, Tunnels & Trolls, Marvel Superheroes, Fading Suns, plus stuff I'm aboslutely and completely blanking on the names of . . . and some of my friends' homegrown systems.

Was also hard-core into both MAgic and the Vampire CCG for a couple years, there.

What tabletop games? A couple editions of D&D, Vampire: the Masquerade, Top Secret/SI, Adventure!, and various other things I can't remember.

*is a really big dork*
