Demographics poll!
Because I'm just curious like that, I made up a simple poll to see what the average (as if any of us is average! ^_^) Fandom High player is like. Please, feel free to skip questions, ignore the poll, whatever, but give me some feedback too. If you hate it, let me know and I'll never do it again. It's the political science geek in me. ^_^
[Poll #577108]
And if you want to see results without taking the poll, click here.

Tabletop RPGers!
For me, it's D&D second edition, a tiny bit of third edition, and a touch of Magic: The Gathering.
Oh, I also forgot to specify "other" for that last question . . . if RPG video games, of the non-MMORPG variety, count.
Because my video-gaming reflexes suck, and those are the only kind I'm good at.Re: Tabletop RPGers!
My vg-reflexes suck too and I can only play stuff like Heroes of Might and Magic, Caesar, Alpha Centauri. No table-top RPG experience, though. Unless you count the years in high school of being crushy on the D&Ders so much that I learned the manual. *g*

My background is D&D (before AD&D), AD&D, Car Wars, Runescape, GURPS, Shadowrun and Cyberpunk, Vampire the Masquerade, etc. Basically late 80s-early 90s vintage is my gaming era.

And I play two characters over there, one of which is a guy, which is a lot easier than I would have thought. I have four characters here who are all female because I didn't think I would be able to get the male mystique down. Now I know for next time.

Keep coming back to D&D though, it's the classic.

D&D is beautiful. I'm not buying the 3.5 books, though. Too much money!

I've rped before, but I hadn't in years before FH. It looked too fun to pass up. And as an unbelievable bonus, everyone here has a basic grasp of grammar and characterization.
