Surveillance clarification

I'd like some clarification on just what parts of the school are under surveillance. As I understood it, the classrooms, hallways, and common areas are all wired, but individual dorm rooms are not. Is this correct? And is the Ethics classroom bug-free, as specified by Tara?

Spider was the one who "wired" the place, so I'm not sure about the dormitories. But I can tell you right now that the Ethics classroom is bugged as much as anybody else, since said bugs were installed before Tara came to the school. I might see my way to deactivating the bugs in the Emo Closet, but Tara needs to talk to admin about that.

I'm talking to Spider OOC, and will work on IC solution on Monday, hopefully. First and second rule of ethics class is "what happens in ethics class stays in ethics class". Recording would violate that.
