I've been doing updates, off-and-on, and assuming my OCD has done what it should, then these are accurate as of now. So, I give you:

Would it be possible to add that 109 is the abandoned dark room(s) on the first floor? (I know we discussed Lisa crashing there in the past, and perhaps the story that she had access added to her card key?)

Very early on the wall between rooms 239 and 240 was knocked down (with admin approval) and it became one large combined room 239/240 which contains kawalsky, 2ls_in_oneill, janet_fraiser, can_be_more and notcalledlizzie.

Also, on the Fifth Floor, it's been mentioned once or twice that Yogi Bear and Boo Boo (NPCs) live in a room there. No need to add it, but thought you might want to know anyway :)

The only problem with that is that 239 and 240 are across the hall from each other, not next door. And if my brain had ever been working properly on the numerous occasions it's had to notice this before, I would have said something sooner.

Not that, since there are only 40 rooms a floor, but thank you! We can claim that 238 and 239 have their numbers mixed up. As long as whitedeathpod is fine with it. Thank you, so much! *smooches*

So, ok, solution: 239 is really 238. 238 is really 239. Someone ought to get the numbers fixed. But, yeah. As long as whitedeathpod is fine with it, then solution is go. *relieved sigh*

I've chatted with those involved, and no one wants to change room numbers since we've already been role playing these numbers for the past 3 months. We've also been role playing rooms 239 and 240 as being at the end of the corridor (because of the high numbered rooms).

So rather than change it OOC, how about an IC explanation that they are at the end of the corridor and that the rooms link up. That way no one has to change.

Here's a picture of what I mean the rooms would be like, because I'm not very good at explaining things like this.

All that would have changed would be that the wall between 239 and 240 was knocked down. This way no one has to change and it keeps in with what's been done in-game so far. Does that sound okay?

So, just to clarify what I was talking about:





The only thing that might potentially have to move would be the numbers. On the outside of the doors. Everyone can continue to live exactly where they have been. And if they don't want to change the numbers, then they don't even have to bring it up. I admit, this kinda relies on the 'idiot plot' factor a bit, in that it's the sort of thing that surely would have been commented on a long time ago, but I wanted to make sure what I was trying to communicate actually got communicated.

If I'm making more sense now, then let me know, yeah?

I understood the first time, but none of us want to change. One of the 239/240 residents had a chat with Bristow OOC and he's okay with the room numbers staying as they are and the whole oddity just being one of Fandom High's quirks. We're happy to leave it at that.

And I understand that you all don't want to change. I have not said at any point that anything had to be changed, merely pointed out that if anything were to be changed it would be the small detail of the numbering, not the actual location of the rooms or the people inhabiting them.

Also, I apologise if anything about this process and my part therein has been off-putting or offensive. I'm just trying to do my job as carefully as I can.

Actually, by some trick of something, you were still on the list of 'Dorm Listings by Name', but had gotten dropped from 'Dorm Listings By Floor'. And, really, I think that had something to do with the whole Susan wasn't a very active character and then Susan got put up for adoption, thing. *shrug* Anyway, you're on there now, so you should be set. And you're perfectly real. *g* I normally don't lose people. Sorry.
