... is now closed. I'm going to start working on pairing people, so participants can expect an email with details within the next few hours.

Final Tally: 33 34 Students and 16 15 Adults/Townies!

EDIT #1, 1:30 pm: Adult/Townie Assignments have now been mailed.

EDIT #2, 3:00 pm: Student Assignments mailed!

*falls off chair, thinking, "But it was only 49 emails!"* Pairings were done with best attempt to prevent
(1) chars of same mun being paired.
(2) mult chars of one mun being paired with mult chars of another mun.
(3) pairing of chars from same fandom.
(4) chars who are close friends, dating, or roommates in-game (too easy!).

After that, pairings were mostly random, with some minor attempt to make them unusual - vastly different interests or personalities, for example, like (to use an extreme example that won't give anything in game away) Paris Hilton and Stephen Hawking. Some of the pairings rather wrote themselves ;-)


FINAL EDIT: If any player hasn't received their assignment within the next hour or so, harrass me ASAP and I'll fix it as soon as I can.

I'm multitasking like crazy right now - bopping in a few threads with Crowley, trying to finish Kiki's cards, working out the Secret Santa logistics - and supposed to be working on a huge project for my class due Friday. Interestingly enough, that huge project is what I've focused on the least yesterday and today. Oops.]

;-) That was part of the challenge with the assignments: trying not to get same chars of one mun or roommates together. I don't keep on top of all the love/hate drama, so I'm not sure who knows/hates/slept with who. It was like some huge logic problem :)
