I'll email you with your newbie matches once they're all official.

In order to make the newbies welcome, please do something nice (and anonymous) for them at least once a week throughout January. At the end of the month, there'll be a big social event to meet the Secret Siblings and hang out with your Big Siblings.

Gifts for the newbies are good. Especially gifts that will help your little sibs adjust and/or survive the new enviroment. Make sure they're all friendly gifts, but "friendly" can vary from culture to culture, so don't be afraid to get creative. You can also arrange for serenades, decorate their dorm room, make sure everyone knows their name - whatever you feel like doing. More than once a week is fine - just please do at least that much.

If anyone on this list does not want to be a Secret Sibling for any reason, there's still time to let me know.
