Would it be possible to add the Cat Business Office on Leprechaun Vista? But at a half-address - it's only half a building. I'm working on explaining that.

All the lots on Leprechaun Vista are taken. Could put it at 13 Griffin Way. There's an existing building, but if you need to build from scratch, you could have it torn down or say that it was destroyed when you first got there - depends what your plot needs are. Would that work?
